Have a total experience of over 12 years in the field of Civil & Structural Engineering and team management. Hands on experience of structural analysis, design & detailing of Industrial structures in Industries like Oil & Gas, Thermal Power Plants & Steel Plants. Expertise on design of structures using IS Codal provision IS456-2000,IS-1893-2002,IS800-2007,IS800-1984,IS875-III-1987 ,IS-3370.

Expertise on design of structures using all International Codes like US/BS/Euro/SABS codes BC97,CBC2001,CBC2007,AISC,IBC06,ACI318,ASCE07,BS5950,BS8110,EC2, EC3, SABS0100, SABS0162 etc.

 

Team Competency

Our Civil and Structural team is well competent with the analysis, design & detailing of Industrial structures in Industries like Oil & Gas, Thermal Power Plants, Steel Plants and R.C.C. design of multistoried Buildings & commercial complexes as follows adhering to the requisite Codes & Standards.

1. Offshore platforms, offshore bridges including In-place, Lift, Transportation & Load-out analysis.
2. Conveyor Galleries, Gallery supporting structures, tall transfer towers and cable galleries for bulk Material Handling Systems.
3. Steel & RCC chimney for Refinery/Thermal Power Plants projects.
4. Boiler supporting structures, Main factory building super structures for Sugar Mills.

R.C.C. Structural Design consisting of

1. River Head Works including Intake Wells and Jack Wells.
2. Water Treatment Plants from 1 MLD to 40 Mld capacity.
3. Ground service Reservoirs & Elevated Service Reservoirs from capacity 1 Lac to 22.5 Lacs. Litre capacity.
4. Sump & Pump House for Water supply schemes

 

Piping & Mechanical Engineering

Having a total experience of over 15 years in the field of Piping and Mechanical design Engineering accentuated to piping design with stress analysis and all related design activities, Support design, Layout etc. He has gathered a rich experience across International Engg. Firms like Uhde- India, L&TC- India, Chiyoda Corp.- Japan, Technip- Malaysia, Petrofac - Sharjah & Indonesia in the field of oil and gas offshore platforms like floating, fixed, TLP, FPSO, FPU etc, and onshore projects like petroleum refinery, chemical/petrochemical, natural gas/LNG, fertilizer etc.

He has Lead and managed a team of Engg. Professionals in a discipline project task force within office & branches, and also across satellite offices located in different Countries at different stages of work profile. Consciously committed, focused and strive to achieve on-schedule targets with desired results. Well versed with a capability to Interact, understand and sought issue resolutions compatibly with efficient and clear communication in consensus, within a team, different disciplines in a Company and across satellite offices, with Vendors across different regions, with Clients in different projects and Countries. Factually and well adaptable in Interactive and communication skills.
